OK, if you plan to take Beech Grove to 70 or 100%, it takes 6 HITS, (NO MATTER WHAT THE SIZE), to move 1%.  SO...look for the  little hits.  There were some 15s and 20s, but I have gotten them already.   There are plenty of 25s though...here are some.  Look beHIND things if you run out, LOL...they can hide pretty well!   Once you know this, you can calculate how much E it will take to reach the %age you are going for.
